Competition Clutch is an industry leader in clutch and Nissan flywheels for 240SX tuner cars, with clutch system upgrades for 240SX, 280Z/ZX and KA24DE motors from Nissan. The clutch assembly uses an OE style 250mm pressure plate, with an OE style disc, pilot bushing, and an alignment tool, with the option to upgrade to a six-puck disc that holds more power generated by the rotation of the flywheel.
The Importance of Flywheels
To fully appreciate the benefit of a clutch and Nissan flywheel upgrade kit, it helps to understand the enhancement a top-notch flywheel delivers. Rotating flywheels have an inertia that resists changes in rotational speed. A flywheel is proportional to the square of its rotational speed.a
The application of torque to a flywheel increases its rotation and stored energy. The OE style clutch assembly/disc has been tested to hold 300ft/lbs torque, and the six puck is rated to hold 330ft/lbs torque. In either case, the flywheel weighs 18 lbs. and the entire clutch and flywheel assembly weighs in at 35 lbs.

I just did my 5speed swap in my s13 coupe. I used the kit i believe 1 up from this one, not on the website but if you call you can get it :) Grabs so hard, still breaking it in though lol
