The OS Super Lock LSD is the culmination of over four years of extensive research and development leading to a revolutionary LSD design. With the capacity to house an unprecedented number of friction plates (up to 28 plates in total) and combined with our patented lock timing syste;, the Super Lock LSD is able to achieve complete lock in a progressive, smooth, and quiet manner. This effort translates to quick lap times and repeatable tuning and performance.
Key Features
● Our OS Giken Super Lock Differential
features a total of 20 active clutch
plates and is tuned to provide a
smooth and progressive lock
● The SpecS (Standard) Tune is
offered in a very progressive 1.5way
configuration and provides excellent
stability during heavy braking along
with increased grip and acceleration
toward the corner exit.
● Controllability and stability during
trailbraking is also significantly
increased.
● All of our differentials feature forged
cases that are chemically heat
treated, providing the highest level of
durability and strength possible.
● All Super Lock LSDs are fully tunable
for any specific application. Please
feel free to inquire with details
regarding your customer’s unique
needs and we will be happy to
provide a recommending setting!
● SCCA STR Class specific tunes to
be released later this year!!
Tips
● OS Giken Super Lock Differentials do
not require any “breakin”. We only
recommend that after installation and
initial fluid fill to drive the vehicle for
1000 miles or 1 hr of track time and
then change differential fluid. Please
do not dyno the vehicle while on the
initial fill.
● Please be sure to use OS Giken
OS250R for best results!
